The project started from three premises. A protected natural park a few metres from the glazed façade. A corner space, visible day and night from the street. A client with a LEED Gold building who understands that standards don't stop at the door of its smallest space.

The brief called for the transformation of a small office into a presentation space, with new materials and systems alongside recovered ones. The project proposed a direct connection between the interior and the protected park, introducing Corten steel as the dominant surface — already present on the exterior signage of the complex. The free graphic form, with cut arches, organises and separates the functions. The weight and rigidity of the material also dictated the construction solutions: the curved section, impossible to roll in one piece, was built from bent segments — a resolution that doesn't show, but defines the character of the intervention. The light green of the walls echoes the vegetation of the park. Textured plaster and carpet complete the palette.

The ceiling and linear lights were recovered from previous fit-outs of the building. Interposed, the two elements form a continuous rhythm overhead — a gesture in the spirit of the certification the building carries.

Furniture and joinery define the tactile standard of the space. What is touched and used daily must confirm what the eye sees from the street.
