The client, a family of two, requested a design of a house situated in a village, near Bucharest, in Ilfov area. The house should be sustainable, with one level. The land was narrow, with existing neighbors like a real estate investment of 5 similar houses.

The proposal learns from the traditional plain houses of Ilfov, where the house is compact with specific annex integrated in the garden. The house uses the narrow land as an asset and creates a main volume integrated with the garden, the position of the sun, and annex buildings spread in the garden. The garden is part of the project, the future plantation is with local plants, flowers, orchard.
